Neoscona

Well, I feel sure it's Neoscona though it has an unusually dark folium. Maybe if you visit the site again you'll find some with typical colouration.

It is rather rare in northern England but actually it may have been recorded from that site already. If you zoom in on this map you'll see what I mean -
