Not sure if this is wild carrot. I can't see the little dark-red flower in the centre of the umbel which is sometimes present. Also I cannot see the "ruff" of feathery bracts that surrounds the base of the umbel. Do you have any other photos of this particular plant you can add?
I will look through the photographs that I took and see if I can get one at a better angle, If not, I will return and take some more photographs.
I may be wrong (please tell me if I am), but I always thought that Queen Anne's Lace was the common name for Anthriscus sylvestris (also known as Cow Parsley, a plant that flowers in late Spring.
I agree with you mamoof. I have always known A.sylvestris as Queen Anne's Lace aka Cow Parsley.
