This is an unusual specimen I havent seen anything like it . (It bears strong rsemblance to the Tranverse Ladybird of Austrailia) but if it is an 11 Spot form the pronotom looks right for 11 spot , on a coastal locality

It is 11-spot, but the posterior spot pairs have fused, which is relatively common in this species
