I have added agreement to the ID of Rhizostoma octopus as I think it is likely to be this. However, the observation should be under invertebrates because it isn't a fish. Not sure how you go about doing that. Easy mistake to make, though: there are quite a lot of common names to animals that suggest they are something they are not.
Go back into the observation, click on Edit, and then make the change.
I knew you could do that for your own observations but I didn't know you do that for other people's observations.
