Description:

It's hard to tell whether it's the Azure or Common Blue Damselfly. Looking at the second abdominal segment I think it's more likely the Common Blue.

No Spur

Another normally useful distinction is that the Azure, a Coenagrion, would have a short black interpleural stripe (the so-called "Coenagrion spur") on the rear edge of the thorax, pointing forward from the fore-wing root.

The Common Blue normally doesn't have one, or it is very slight.
