Description:

thin white stemstem 3" long, Very shiny brown conical cap abou t 0.75 "across and deep. Gills not visible

Amanita Fulva

characterised by the white volva, the bag at the bottom of the stem from which it emerges, and the striations at the margin of the cap. I have found a lot of these in the past couple of weeks.
