Common Spreadwing

Lestes sponsa (known as Common Spreadwing in Ireland), is the most likely species. It would be difficult to completely rule out Lestes dryas (Turlough Spreadwing / Scarce Emerald Damselfly) based on this photo, but that species has not yet been recorded near Belfast as far as I'm aware.
