Dead fish

It might be worth letting the Environment Agency know, just in case there had been a spillage locally. Sometimes these things are natural phenomena but often there's another explanation.

These may well have been thrown out of a fishing boat, as they are not much use commercially. It's a shame fishing nets are so unselective.

Dead Dogfish

These small sharks are often discarded as they are of low value. Fishermen sometimes ironically call them "Sweet Williams" as their flesh can smell of urine.
It is a shame they were not put back straight away when they had a chance of surviving, if properly handled.
