Bedraggled Ringlet ?
Description:

A rather ragged specimen. The moor was full of Ringlets a week or two ago, but this is the first I've seen since it turned cooler. If it is a Ringlet. Apologies for the poor quality image, but that is a s close I could get.

Ragged Ringlet

The Ringlet is one of the few butterflies that will fly in the rain, hence towards the back end of their flight season you tend to see quite a few looking more the worse for wear
