Wild flower with large "umbrella" seeds

Sorry my photo is blurred and doesn't show the most striking feature - a large globe (perhaps 3in diameter) of large "umbrella" seeds - like a dandelion clock but with fewer, much bigger seeds. There's a closed seed head in the photo. Second photo shows flower with long bracts. Unfortunately the plant was destroyed by someone with a strimmer the day after this photo, but not before I'd spread some seeds around. I haven't found any other examples of this plant, so it isn't common around here at least.
