Description:

Lots of these boletes about in the hedgerows here. Sadly, they'd mostly been eaten already...These were quite large - 80 to 90mm across. Under beech hedge.

With the viscus cap and wide pores these look quite Suillus like but they are all mycorrhizal with conifer so??? Two inches is actually on the small size for most of the Boletes. Have you any other photos of the underside?
