Where

Where exactly in Bayhurst was this? Might try for them this weekend.

I saw it at the picnic area

I saw it at the picnic area ,not the first one you come across .If you walk up the main track ,passing a wooden hut and then further on a metal pipe on the right ,turn right at then next main track 30 yards on ,and you will see it in the distance .If you know the woods well you probably have a quicker route.I also saw Silver-washed Fritillaries , plenty of Purple Hairstreaks, and a few commoner species.

Thanks

Can work out where that is. I'm reasonably familiar with that wood as I (and a few others) run a moth trap there about once a month.
