Oak Leaf Roller on Birch?

OK I don't really know what it is, this is the closest thing that I could find. There are plenty of good Oak trees around. "It might be this".This one should be pretty easy, it does look quite distinctive and thanks for taking the time to look.

Its definitely Attelabus nitens. Only Apoderus coryli looks similar but not very similar. It should be on oak or sweet chestnut but many phytophagous insects can be found occasionally on the 'wrong' plant.
