moth 1

a large moth appeared in our kitchen yesterday morning. It has laid a small number of eggs on our beech drawer front. It sat there all day yesterday and was gone this morning.
Where do we need to put the eggs so that they survive?

If you want to rear them on put the eggs in an container unheated building with some of the food plant - keep replacing it with fresh foodplant.

Or just put them the foodplant itself outside if you are not bothered about seeing them develop,
