Orange fly, help with ID please.

Orange flies found on a plant (not sure what kind) in my local woodland, it's not very clear on the photo but they have red eyes on the sides of their heads and the wings are transparent with black markings on the edges and tips. The flies also have a yellow shape on their body.

The plant is a burdock. The fruits are hooked. The fly might be a tephritid as it has 'picture wings', but that's just a guess and if there is one thing that iSpot has taught me, it is 'Don't Guess!'

Many thanks for your comments, I had no idea that the plant was burdock so thank you for confirming that for me.
