The genital segments are not particularly clear...if anything, the callipers seem pretty parallel (narrowly diverging only)and perhaps swollen at the top end. That might suggest germanica. See what others say.

I agree

and wing pattern is if germanica type, certainly looks nothing like typical communis, and genitalia rule that species out.

Genital segments look expanded at the tips to me - I'd definitely go for germanica
