Certainly looks good for 7-spot - the shed larval skin at the base of the pupa doesn't have the spines that would be present in Harlequin, and the pupal colouration is wrong for most of the other common species. A view of the pronotum would allow me to be sure

Seven-spot is a safe bet

I could go back and have a look, but I suspect it won't be there anymore (JOKE).
Seriously, I'll bear in mind that I need to get the pronotum in future. I was distracted by a pair of young stoats, playing. Couldn't get a picture of them at all though, the undergrowth was too thick. Still, it was fun.
