Not D. purpurella

Its a Marsh-orchid of some kind but all the Dactylorhiza species frequently hybridise and back-cross and often accurate identification isn't possible from photographs.

The shape of the lip is wrong for Northern Marsh-orchid, D. purpurella as it should be diamond-shaped - see link for D. purpurella photographs for comparison:
