Thanks very much for the id. My book (Rose) says this plant is common "everywhere", but the NBN distribution map suggests this species is mainly coastal?
For some reason the NBN link brings up the map for Sea Pearlwort, so that is why the distribution seems coastal. However, gutters are likely to be salty after the winter, so could it be Sea Pearlwort?
