Yellow-rattle

In theory, according to the BSBI New Atlas, your location is outside the range of Greater Yellow-rattle, and also an unlikely habitat, so on that basis I'd go for Yellow-rattle (although it's always dangerous to make assumptions based on probability where wildlife is concerned!).
The flower also looks more like Yellow-rattle than Greater according to the info in the Rose/O'Reilly Wild Flower Key.

Yellow-rattle

We always called this 'pots and pans' when I was a kid because of the rattling noise the seed pods make.
