With these small, yellow

With these small, yellow crustose ones you need to check for the K+ (Caloplaca sp.) or K- (Candelariella sp.) reaction to be certain of species.
If you've established it is a Candelariella there are several that can be found in similar situations.

It seems quite fertile so Candelariella vitellina is a possibility - Frank Dobson in 'Lichens' states for C. reflexa that apothecia are 'very rare'.
