body just under 1cm, brown, at least 4 of them some with large sacs (females?)

Most likely a Pardosa species but safest to leave it as Lycosidae

Lycosid with egg sac

The profile of the spider and colouration of egg sac suggests Pardosa. and very possibly P. pullata. Spiders should always be checked though under a microscope.
