It is most likely to be a Willow Warbler (Phylloscopus trochilus) but is could be a Chiffchaff (P. collybita) which is very similar is appearance and size.
best way to tell the difference is what song it was singing..... so basically if it was going chiff chaff chiaff chaff then its a chiffchaff, but if it was making a different song it must be a willow.
In addition to the pointers from ophrys the primary projection looks long to me (though it can’t be seen definitively in this photo), if this were so then this would be a willow.
