Small Blue-tail vs Scarce Blue-tailed Damselfly.

Scarce Blue-tailed Damselfly is the English name generally used in Britain, but Small Blue-tail is the accepted English name in Ireland (where these were photographed), and is a more appropriate name for use in a European context.

Either way, it's a pair of Ischnura pumilio!
