Description:

These are some new images of an insect that closely resembles the subject of a post of mine on June 11th. It was tentatively classed with the Eumenidae (Symmorphus genus possibly)* and I wonder if a closer description is now possible.

My difficulty with this observation is that the photos are small images which cannot be "expanded" by I-Spot so we can see the detail in greater depth.

The bigger the file the more detail. Do you have any of these pictures in large file sizes ? ie as they came straight from the camera, or does your camera only do small file sizes.

These were taken with my compact camera.
I have started bringing along a camera with a macro lens so hopefully, on some future occasion, this creature will turn up at the same time.
