I agree with Urophora that this is Episyrphus balteatus, due to its having two black lines on each segment of the abdomen (other black and yellow stripy hoverflies generally have a single black lne on each segment). This has led to it being called the 'Marmalade Hoverfly', as it has extra streaky bits among the yellow!
