A bright yellow "furry" lichen spread extensively on rocks in the foreshore area occasionally covered by tide.

The orange lichen looks like Caloplaca marina.
The brighter yellow lichen I am not sure about - we need a better resolution photograph I am afraid. I cannot be sure if it is a Xanthoria, or Caloplaca thallincola. The latter is placodioid species - the centre a crust, but margin of elongated, narrow lobes tightly appressed to the rocks.
These are species of the spray zone, above high water mark.
