Catnip which at first i assumed was a stinging nettle . But according to various books , catmint or catnip fits the pattening of the leaves

Probably not Catmint

Hard to say from the photo, but looks like the common nettle to me. Leaves are probably too oval and too broad for catmint.

Two questions, does it sting?, does it have a minty aroma? Be brave, touch and sniff, this will give the answer!

I agree - looks like U.dioica to me. N. cataria is normally grey-wooly all over and the leaf-shape is wrong.
