I know these as stripe-necked terrapins or pond turtles and they are a hellish group! You have it down as a separate species M. rivulata, however, in captivity all the M. spp. apparently freely breed producing fertile offspring. The latest feeling as far as I'm aware (and this changes faster than I can write!) is they are all subspecies of M. caspica. Therefore, it would be M. c. rivulata.
On Lesvos it is nit-picking really because I think there is only one terrapin found, I've never been, but the distribution maps do not show the European pond terrapin Emys orbicularis on Lesvos.
