Clump of square stemmed flower growing in light sandy soil in a sheltered partially shaded location. Square stem and a woundwort like smell. Flowers very small, few properly open yet.Sqaure stem tinged red. Paired leaves alternate in direction up the stem. Roughly and finely toothed. Upper leaves lack stem, lower leaves have short stalk. Glossy and smooth leaves. Not hairy. Small crimson peak cap like flowers in stalked clusters at the top of flower spike. Any ideas?

Thanks very much. Sure it is Common Figwort. Close ups of the flower certainly looks like this though couldn't capture them clearly at the time.
