Description:

Typical you wait for ages and then a whole family (m,f, & one juv) comes along at once and a first for the garden. Noticed alarm calls whilst filling feeders but couldn’t see them, then while catching up with the washing up glance out of the window and there they are. Unfortunately by the time I had rushed for the camera they were down the far end of the garden so these images were taken through a very dirty window at some distance with a 2X converter in overcast conditions and then cropped heavily, hence the poor quality! Nevertheless I’m chuffed to have them around, hope they stay.
