Description:

Found in an overgrown part of an allotment. Not sure what it is and if the white powder like substance on the leaves is a herbicide.

Where is the white substance?

Could be powdery mildew.Ask to find out if spraying has been done.There is usually a chemical type smell and foliage turning colour if its a herbicide.

The whitish variegation of the leaves is typical of Milk Thistle.
