Coral Spot?

There is no Coral Spot on the end of the log.
The orange spots under the bark cannot be identified but it might be possible if you photograph them close up.
The log looks like Beech. If so, the fawn spheres towards the centre of the log are past their best. The browner spheres might be Hypoxylon fragiforme.
From your photograph it is all guess work.
