Description:

A very striking blueish black moth with bright yellow body and distinctive orangey red "brow-band". Spotted on a very windy day clinging to a blade of grass on the side of a woodland ride in Bernwood Forest. When the wind blew the upper sides of its wings appeared to be black too: feathered edges. Any help much appreciated.
