Despite Rob's agreement I feel I cannot concur because it seems trailing and near the edge, suggesting Agromyza pseudoreptans or A.reptans. But it does nave some features of A.anthracina.
I have completed my post and all the research needed for a positive ID. My find, first for the County, has been confirmed by a UK leading expert.
