Camouflaged beetle

Sorry for the terrible photo - wasn't expecting to find a website where I could post for identification.
Mottled dark brown beetle, approx. 15mm long, white (or near-white) rump. Carapace was uneven, not smooth. Short, bent back 'antlers'. Very well camouflaged against the bark of the tree - only saw it because I was studying the lichen.
