Small bright yellow fungus on a tree stump

Just below the Yellow Staghorn Fungus there is a pale pine needle. Behind this needle is another one with two black bars across. Between the black bars there is black oval fruiting body protruding. This is most likely a microfungus Lophodermium pinastri.
