Harpalus affinis?

I don't know carabids well enough to be certain, but as far as I can tell from running your photo through the key, and comparing it with specimens, I'd agree with genus Harpalus and I'd tentatively suggest species Harpalus affinis. This is based on what I think I can see in your very good photo, namely:
- third antennal segment is hairy
- outer intervals on the elytra are hairy
- upper surface of tarsi is not hairy
