Ooops! I see that this observation is from Slovenia. I have no idea whether it is native there, but I somehow doubt it.

The only information I can find refers to the species' native range as Mediterranean Europe. This could be interpreted as including Slovenia, but I have no idea whether the flower was native or introduced to the region (eastern Slovenia) where it was observed.

Thanks Jonathan. It was a great walk I had through the forest here in Slovenia. It was the first leg of the Slovenian Camino (a newly-opened far-flung outer arm of the Camino de Santiago) and the forest and fields were just full of wildflowers, incredibly beautiful. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to walk the whole Slovenian Camino one day.
