possibly daedaleopsis confragosa
I was told in a recent identification that this bracket does not have a white edge. It does on many specimens. It also does not show the zoning on many occasions like your specimen. Your specimen is developing and some blushing is showing. The pores are also developing but you can see they are elongated and will form a maze. I find it tends to blush well on dead willow but not so much on birch.
are they Nipple Galls underneath?
