Unknown insect, possible larvae?

Very round body with small 'legs' at base, appears to be some form of larvae possibly beetle.Metalic in colour, almost like an oil beetle in this respect. Does not appear to be quick moving/agile and seen at both points on walk in hedgerow.

I think it might be a newly emerged young oil beetle,they do have a metallic sheen too.

Do you mean once they have gone past the parasitic stage on solitary mining bees?
