I think one of these is a beetle grub, but what are the nyphs? I found all living in a pot of damp soil.
No interactions present.
Try to rear them, just leave then in the ground, with enough humidity.
larvae and pupae are likely to be the same species.
Thanks. This ID makes sense. There are lots of vine weevils in my garden (judging by the notched leaves on a lot of plants), but I have not found the grubs before.
Not sure I want to rear more of the critters!
