Amazing

It is amazing how they can cope and produce a lovely flower in such unfavourable habitat's and people just take no notice of them. They were also used in salads as the leaves are high in vitamin A and C the roots are dried and used as a coffee substitute, flowers used to make wine also as a diuretic. They were grown in medieval times for this purpose in vegetable patches as they have such a long season.I would pick them from somewhere else if your tempted to have a try.
