Thanks AlanS for ID. It certainly is a stichwort, but could it be a bog stichwort? S. alsine

Stellaria alsine has much shorter leaves, which are pale green, and the whole plant is much lower growing.

I note you found the plant near a pond, and S. graminea is usually (but not always) a plant of rather dry places. but your photo is definitely S. graminea.
