Are you sure this isn't C. splendens? The wings don't look brown enough for virgo.
Yes, you are right it is C. splendens, a female. I was taken in by the colour because the usual colour here is a bronze green to almost yellow for females. Looking at more photos for both Beautiful & Banded the wings were not sufficiently dark although they were not as light as my photo suggests.
