difficult

to see anything from 20 yards. Can you get a closer shot?

diffucult to see

Bit hard to get a closer shot because it isn't actually our pond, we rent a house next to it. Also only seen twice since Monday - I keep popping down near th epond but they haven't appeared. We have mink droppings next to the pond but thes things were seen when ducks were at the pond so I think they weren't mink. Will try for a closer shot.

White things

I have no idea, I can not think of anything white which would be seen on a pond in Perth.

Can you give some idea of size, shape, movement patterns? What does your gut say about them? Bird, mammal, insect? Often your first ideas can lead to the right answer.
