Description:

Found this Glanville Fritillary on a herbaceous Geranium in my garden yesterday morning after the first rainfall we have had for nearly 2 months.Have never found one in the garden before, but we are about 500 metres from the sea as the crow flies, and very close to one of the best locations for Glanville's in the Isle of Wight.
