Cassida

Top two are Cassida vibex, the other looks like C. rubiginosa. (C. viridis doesn't have the hint of brown you see at the base of the elytra, and the pronotum is distinctly narrower than the elytra. Compare it to this one: http://www.ispot.org.uk/node/37400)

Interesting to find two

Interesting to find two different species. It was the first time I had seen them in the wild

Cassida

Well done for getting two on your first sighting!

C. vibex is one of the easier ones to remember with the dark markings down the join of the elytra so you'll know that one now. The green ones are always a little trickier.

I made a gallery of UK Cassida on Flickr. It's not complete but includes most of the ones we are likely to find: http://www.flickr.com/photos/dioctria/galleries/72157624522184437/
