Never seen a Myostis change into an Amsinkia before!
Must have got carried away by the fact that this was growing in the middle of a patch of Myosotis discolor. Amsinckia is very common on the sandy soils around the Vale of York...I am not used to seeing it so small, though.

Unfortunately, it was a bit of lazy botany, rather than active humour.
I think I was just rejoicing at being able to photograph anything in the gale that was blowing, and stopped thinking!
