It could possibly be............

It could possibly be this, although I think the scales on the cap are too dark and large. I think this maybe Common Parasol, or even Macrolepiota konradii.

Lovely texture in the photo. I tend to agree with Chris that this might be common parasol even though its rather small for that species.
